Individual Airfreight

Increasingly, companies are treating the air transport of conventional/ consolidated cargoes (groupage) as industrial operations which have to be performed on a large scale, and in accordance with standardized procedures. What’s more, they are relying on ever smaller numbers of handlers to cope with ever larger numbers of shipments. Cargo companies frequently set up departments to look after all the transports to a particular country, and in so doing lose sight of their customers’ individual requirements.
